DZ 80B Peanut Sheller

The DZ 80B peanut sheller performs three functions i.e., feeding the groundnut into the sheller, shelling the groundnuts and cleaning the groundnut from the mixture. Thus, it is made up of a feeding unit, shelling unit and a cleaning unit. The shelling unit provided to shell the groundnut is composed of two main parts i.e., the crushing plate and the grate. The pods are broken by impact and rubbing action between rotor and concave grate. The cleaning unit has got a fan which is operated by the main rotor shaft. The fan creates a blast of air to blow away the empty shells. The sheller can achieve 200kg/hr of shelled nuts.
